Exchange Policy:

1. We accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. Please visit the link and enter your order details to initiate your exchange request: https://mkhactive.com/apps/return_prime
2. A ₹100 exchange fee will be applicable on every exchange request. Note: If you wish to exchange more than one item from your order, kindly place separate exchange requests for each item. However, you will be charged ₹100 as reverse shipping charges only once for the entire order.
3. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and labels intact.
4. Exchange requests are subject to product availability; if unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the same amount.
5. Exchanges are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
6. Shipping charges for exchanges are non-refundable.
7. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
