Exchange Policy:
1. We accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
3. Exchange requests are subject to product availability else credit note will be issued .
4. Exchange of any item will be done once.
Items Ineligible for Exchange:
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at mkhactive@gmail.com. We will arrange for a prompt exchange.
Exchange Request Process

- State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
