Exchange Policy:

1. We accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. Please visit the link and enter your order details to initiate your exchange request: https://mkhactive.com/apps/return_prime
2. A ₹150 exchange fee will be applicable on exchange request. Note : The exchange process needs to be completed one product at a time. When you select the first product for exchange, ₹150 will be deducted. After that, when you process the next products from the same order, no additional exchange charge will be deducted.
   So, ₹150 is the maximum exchange charge for your complete order, even if you exchange multiple products.
   
3. Additional shipping charges for the exchanged product will be borne by MKH.
4. Please note that the exchange request should be initiated within 7 days of delivery. However, the actual exchange process may take up to 30 days from the date of initiation.
5. Please note no return and refund requests will be accepted.
