Exchange Policy:

1. We accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. Please visit the link and enter your order details to initiate your exchange request: https://mkhactive.com/apps/return_prime
2. A ₹150 exchange fee will be applicable on every exchange request. Note: If you wish to exchange more than one item from your order, kindly place separate exchange requests for each item.
3. Shipping charges for the exchanged product will be borne by MKH.
4. In case of a non-delivery or damaged product, you will be charged ₹150 as reverse shipping charges only once for the entire order.
5. Please note that the exchange request should be initiated within 7 days of delivery. However, the actual exchange process may take up to 30 days from the date of initiation.
